This policy explains what information Machshevot Portal ("the portal", at projects.machshevot.uk) collects when you sign in, and what happens to it. The portal is operated by Machshevot ("we", "us").

Who can use the portal

The portal is a private, internal tool. Only people we have invited can sign in. Everyone else is refused, even if they have a Google account.

What we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive from Google:

We do not request access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data.

Sign-in is handled by Cloudflare Access. Cloudflare records each sign-in (the email address, time, IP address and browser) in an access log, and sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

How we use it

We use your email address and name only to:

We do not sell, rent or share your information, and we do not use it for marketing.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Who processes it

Each handles the information under its own privacy policy. We share it with no one else.

How long we keep it

Access logs are kept for the period Cloudflare's service provides, after which they are deleted automatically. If your invitation is removed, we remove your email address from the access list.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to remove your access and your details, by emailing us. You can also revoke the portal's access at any time in your Google account under Third-party connections.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and its effective date.
