Machshevot Portal
Machshevot Portal
Machshevot is an IT services company in Jerusalem. Machshevot Portal, at projects.machshevot.uk, is the internal web dashboard its staff use to manage their IT projects.
What the app does
- Project overview: one page listing every active IT project, with its current status, next steps and open issues.
- Project notes: the notes for each project, so work started on one computer can be picked up on another.
- Computer status: shows which of the company's work computers are online and whether their file sync is healthy.
- Project actions: lets staff create or archive projects from the browser.
Who can use it
The portal is not a public service and has no sign-up. Only people Machshevot has invited can sign in, and everyone else is refused.
How Google sign-in is used
"Sign in with Google" is used only to confirm who you are. The portal receives your name and email address from Google, and uses them only to check that you are on the list of invited people. It does not access your Gmail, Drive, contacts, calendar or any other Google data. See the Privacy Policy for details.
